Engineered for precision and performance, it brings immersive realism to your simulation experience—all in a low-profile, noise-free package.

EC-ELITE: Precision Motion, Reinvented

The EC-ELITE is a cutting-edge, compact motion platform engineered for 6 Degrees of Freedom (6DOF). It delivers ultra-smooth and near-silent motion, setting a new standard in simulation performance.

Now featuring an all-new suspension system with adjustable Hard and Soft settings, the EC-ELITE minimizes vibrations and enhances comfort—delivering a smoother, more immersive ride in every scenario.

To further assist in fine-tuning your setup, the EC-ELITE includes a built-in recommendation system that guides you in selecting optimal materials for your configuration. While carbon fiber tubes offer exceptionally high tensile strength, their low elasticity makes them extremely rigid and less flexible under stress—ideal for lightweight, high-precision setups.

For oversized customers or heavy-duty configurations, an alternative is C45S low carbon steel, known for its excellent strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. C45S is particularly well-suited for applications requiring increased load-bearing capacity and structural integrity, without compromising on performance.

EC-ELITE: Dual Slick System for Ultimate Performance

The EC-ELITE is built using two distinct slick systems, engineered to deliver exceptional smoothness, ultra-durability, and long-lasting performance.

• The first system features conventional anodized aluminum plates with a surface polished finish, treated with Syncolon® PTFE synthetic grease and high-friction-resistant, self-lubricating compounds. This combination ensures low-maintenance operation, excellent wear resistance, and quiet performance under load.

• The second system introduces the same compound used in slick tires, featuring very high friction resistance and a naturally self-lubricating material, which also slightly reduces noise levels during movement.

In addition, the EC-ELITE is built with a perfectly balanced, adjustable, and aligned actuator system. Proper positioning and orientation of each actuator within the system is essential to ensure optimal performance.Each actuator, including the actuator shaft and pivot system, is secured using a four-point bolting mechanism. Each of these points is engineered to withstand forces ranging from 350 kg up to 700 kg. This robust mounting design ensures the actuator remains securely in place—even under high platform stresses—guaranteeing stability and long-term durability.
